This system supports a bid post / proposal submission for Iraqi vendors that will help to increase their awareness and access to reconstruction opportunities. In current Iraq reconstruction efforts, many contracts are awarded to non-Iraqi firms exacerbating tribal/sectarian frustration. The current objective of the Rebuild Iraq Initiative is to increase the number of opportunities available and awarded to Iraqi firms, through this WEB portal.
